On September 19, Haylou made a notable appearance at the 2024 Yunqi Conference, where the company showcased its comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI) strategy and the practical applications stemming from its large model initiatives.
Haylou has made significant advancements through innovative research and development, resulting in practical applications such as the Conch Robot, Trading Robot, Photon Engine, and the Jarvis Vision Large Model Platform. This comprehensive AI framework has been designed to enhance both operational efficiency and customer engagement. In collaboration with Alibaba Cloud, Haylou has developed an innovative smart travel solution based on the Jarvis Vision platform. Currently, the platform supports the rapid integration of various foundational large models, having connected 72 models that encompass 90% of mainstream options worldwide, resulting in the launch of 31 distinct applications. The platform accommodates five categories including text generation, image processing, vector analysis, audio, and video processing; new manufacturers can connect in just three hours, while new models from existing manufacturers can be integrated in as little as 30 minutes.
During the conference, it was highlighted that Haylou's Trading Robot directly enhances business operations through its Agent capabilities, enabling functions such as intent recognition, multi-turn dialogue, and operational management. This technology can handle roles such as shopping guidance, decision-making, and customer service throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales stages, ultimately providing superior service to customers and enhancing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). The Conch Robot offers multiple devices and access points while ensuring compatibility with a range of document formats, significantly improving internal efficiencies and enabling comprehensive operational capabilities. Meanwhile, the Photon Engine leverages AIGC technology to optimize marketing efforts, enhancing advertising effectiveness.
Guo Jiasheng, head of natural language processing at Haylou Group, emphasized that through the integration and collaborative development of the Jarvis and Bailian large model platforms, Haylou has entered into an exclusive partnership with the Qwen model. This collaboration has yielded significant implementation success in scenarios like intelligent customer service Q&A and quality inspection within the local travel sector, resulting in cost reductions and efficiency enhancements across various business scenarios, while substantially improving the user experience.
Additionally, it’s noteworthy that in August of this year, Haylou Group's large model initiatives—encompassing the Conch Robot, Trading Robot, Photon Engine, and Jarvis Vision Large Model Platform—were awarded the "Sullivan 2024 China GenAI Industry Best Application Practice." We look forward to witnessing rapid technological advancements in the near future!
